Close a working session by turning what it taught into durable memory: atomic facts with evidence, each routed to its single owner — an Obsidian vault core with its folder of fact notes, the project's agent memory, the always-loaded global rules, or a pending list for rules seen once — and applied as ADD, UPDATE, LINK, SUPERSEDE or NOOP without writing what is already written. Also opens a session by reading the project's core back. Use when the user closes or wraps up a session, asks for a reflection or retrospective, asks what the vault knows about the current project, or when a hook reports a compacted session. Triggers: close the session, wrap up, reflect, retrospective, what do we know about this project, start the session, закрываем сессию, проведи рефлексию, подведём итоги, что мы знаем про этот проект, начинаем сессию, рефлексия в фоне

# reflect A session's knowledge dies with its context. This skill closes a session by turning what it taught into durable memory: atomic facts with evidence, each routed to its single owner and written where it will actually be read. It also opens a session by reading that memory back, which is what keeps it worth writing. How a vault note looks is not defined here: the profile names a style skill and this skill defers to it entirely. Obsidian CLI usage is not defined here either: use the `obsidian-cli` skill when it is installed, and fall back to `grep` while saying so in the report. ## Setup - The vault is `$OBSIDIAN_VAULT_PATH`. Unset means ask the user; never search the disk for a vault - The profile is `$OBSIDIAN_VAULT_PATH/.claude/reflect/profile.yml`. Missing means stop and point at [README.md](README.md); nothing below works without it - Load the style skill named by `style_skill` before writing any note. A style skill that lives inside the vault is offered as a skill only to sessions running under the vault; from any other working directory, read `$OBSIDIAN_VAULT_PATH/.claude/skills/<style_skill>/SKILL.md` and its presets directly and follow them the same way ## Two modes **Open** — "start the session", "what do we know about this project", "начинаем сессию". Find the project's core ([references/evidence.md](references/evidence.md#finding-the-core)), read it, and say three things: what the project is, what the core marks as superseded or stale since `reviewed`,
