# CodeRabbit Review CodeRabbit supplies an additional review, not a replacement for tests or local judgment. A generic review request stays with the existing review workflow unless the user selects CodeRabbit. Installation does not authorize sending code. ## Scope and readiness Confirm the intended Git repository and diff/base. Explain that a review sends selected code to CodeRabbit, and obtain approval for that scope before the first submission unless the user already explicitly requested that CodeRabbit review.
