> **Boundary:** For cold outreach to unknown prospects, use `the-cold-opener` or `the-sequence-doctor`. For multi-channel flows with branching, use `the-flow-architect`.
## Context
1. Check for `.agents/product-context.md`; if missing, ask the user to run `/gtm:product-context` first. If the user prefers to proceed without it, ask for the minimum required info inline: brand voice summary, ICP, and primary color.
2. Read `references/email-templates.md` for template patterns and Liquid variable reference.
## Inputs
3. Ask: "What is the campaign goal?" (welcome, nurture, convert, retain, win-back, announce)
4. Ask: "Single email or sequence? If sequence, how many emails?"
5. Ask: "Who is the target audience for this campaign? (segment, lifecycle stage, or all contacts)"
## Process
6. Read `.agents/product-context.md` to pull brand voice, ICP, and lifecycle stages.
7. If sequence: design the timing and trigger for each email (e.g., Day 0, Day 2, Day 5).
8. For each email, write:
- **3 subject line variants**: Use the subject line frameworks from the reference file (curiosity, benefit-led, urgency, personalization, question) and select the 3 most appropriate for the goal.
- **Preheader**: complements the subject line, not repeats it
- **Body copy**: full email content using brand voice, with Liquid personalization tags (e.g., `{{ first_name }}`, `{{ company }}`, `{% if segment == 'champion' %}`). Body copy: aim for 150-300 words for engagement emails, 50-150 words f
