Takes a prospect's current tool stack and outputs the strongest competitive displacement angle specific to their configuration, grounded only in stack data the user actually provided: the specific inefficiency their stack creates, two questions to surface it on a call, and a one-line email hook. Use when the user wants to displace a competitor or when a prospect's tech stack is known.

# The Switch Angle Turn a prospect's tool stack into a specific displacement argument: the exact inefficiency their configuration creates and how to surface it without sounding like a competitive pitch. ## How to run Ask the user for: 1. Their product description and key differentiators (with numbers where possible) 2. Their pricing model (especially if structurally different from competitors) 3. The tools they most often replace or consolidate (with one sentence on what they replace about each) 4. The prospect's current tool stack, organized by category (CRM, email/SMS, analytics, CDP, lifecycle, experimentation, sales engagement) 5. Where the stack data came from (Clay enrichment, job posting, prospect conversation, G2 profile) ## Anti-hallucination rule Every competitive claim in this skill's output, the tool named as most vulnerable, its specific limitation, the operational inefficiency, must trace directly to something the user actually provided in steps 1-5: a real feature list, a real pricing page, a documented integration gap, a direct quote from a review or conversation, or a fact stated in the stack data itself. Never invent a competitor's limitation, integration gap, or pricing detail because it sounds plausible. If the stack data given does not support a specific, verifiable claim, say so explicitly: either ask the user for the missing detail (a feature comparison, a pricing page URL, a review excerpt) or narrow the output to what the provided data actually s
