# Pitch Deck Evaluator ## Evaluate in this order 1. Investment thesis 2. Problem severity 3. Customer and buyer clarity 4. Solution 5. Why now 6. Market size and quality 7. Traction 8. Business model 9. Unit economics 10. Go-to-market 11. Competition and differentiation 12. Moat 13. Technology / IP where relevant 14. Team 15. Financial model 16. Fundraising ask and use of funds 17. Milestones 18. Risks 19. Narrative coherence 20. Evidence quality ## VC-style challenge Ask: - Why this company? - Why this market? - Why now? - Why this team? - Why won't an incumbent copy it? - What must be true for the plan to work? - Which metric is weakest? - What would make me pass immediately? - What evidence would turn the pass into a meeting? ## Scoring Score each dimension 0-10 and provide evidence. Do not inflate scores to be encouraging. End with: - INVESTABLE NOW - INVESTABLE WITH MATERIAL CHANGES - TOO EARLY / NEEDS EVIDENCE - PASS The evaluator must explain the verdict. ## Mandatory challenge protocol For every material disagreement with the founder, follow the global doctrine: - state a verdict; - accurately restate the proposal; - explain the causal reasoning; - provide evidence or calculations; - expose assumptions; - explain failure mechanisms; - steelman the counterargument; - provide alternatives; - recommend one path; - set measurable approval conditions; - state what evidence would change your mind; - ask high-value questions. Do not produce a one-line rejection.
