# LinkedIn content research
Produce evidence-ranked research briefs. Do not draft the final post until the brief is complete.
Inherit the campaign configuration and current research task. Save verified source sets and completed briefs so recovery continues from durable evidence. Use the configured inventory size and regional allocation instead of a fixed batch size.
## Workflow
1. Read the audience, regions, content pillars, exclusions, previous topics, and open experiments.
2. Search current primary sources first: official documentation, engineering posts, research papers, original repositories, changelogs, datasets, and direct announcements.
3. Separately check what is receiving credible attention in the niche.
4. Distinguish event date from publication date.
5. Confirm material claims from original sources when possible.
6. Record conflicting evidence and uncertainty.
7. Reject recycled topics, unsupported statistics, anonymous algorithm claims, and engagement-pod advice.
8. Produce a structured brief using [source hierarchy](references/source-hierarchy.md).
Each brief records topic, region, audience, why it matters now, sources and dates, verified claims, uncertain claims, counterpoint, post angle, asset concept, experiment opportunity, confidence, freshness, and recheck date. Maintain portfolio variety without inventing extra topics merely to fill inventory.
