# Expert Build Pack A portable knowledge-and-protocol pack for building an online business/SaaS end to end: ideation → foundations → build → design → git → deploy → maintain. It carries: (1) **expert reference files** (jargon, constraints, procedures, anti-patterns), (2) **three operational protocols** — execution-first loops, machine-first state/handoffs, and a verified update loop that keeps the refs current, and (3) a **buildout engine** (v0.2): start from a verified-MIT boilerplate, assemble the UI coherently from the live shadcn registry pool, and store what you build for reuse (`references/buildout/`). Harness-agnostic: the layout follows the agentskills.io spec, so the same folder works in Hermes, Claude Code, Codex/ChatGPT, Cursor, and any spec-conformant runtime. **Loading discipline.** This file is a router. Load reference files by task phase — never load the whole pack. Do not paste reference content wholesale into prompts; use it to write precise briefs. ## When to Use - User is planning, building, shipping, or maintaining a software product/business (any phase covered below) - A build phase needs its checklist/loop, or work is about to be delegated to subagents - A new project should start from a boilerplate, or a UI needs to be assembled from component registries - The session uncovers missing/incorrect build knowledge → run the Update Loop - Explicit invocation: `/expert-build-pack` ## Don't Use For - Quick one-liners or general coding questions that don'
