## Why this exists, and what I'd change **Why it exists.** PRDs written without context all sound the same. This skill reads your strategy, research, writing style, and prior PRDs before generating, so the output sounds like you wrote it for your company specifically. Stage-aware length (300 to 2000 words depending on PRD stage) keeps it short when it should be short. **Design tradeoffs.** - **Stage-aware length over a single template.** A team-kickoff PRD is 300 words. A launch-readiness PRD is 2000. One template doesn't fit both. Cost: more rules to remember, easier to skip the length guidance when you're in a hurry. - **Multi-agent review is offered, not enforced.** I made it optional because some PRDs are too small to warrant 7 reviewers. Cost: most PMs skip it, and that's the highest-value step in the whole flow. - **AI PRDs use a separate template.** Generic PRDs don't capture behavior contracts, eval criteria, or failure modes. Cost: ambiguity in "is this AI-enough to warrant the AI template." I default to standard if unsure. **What I'd change.** Auto-trigger `/prd-review-panel` after the first draft instead of asking. Optional review gets skipped. Mandatory review changes outcomes. --- ## Quick Start **What to provide:** A feature idea, problem statement, or rough brief. Can be detailed or rough. ``` /prd-draft → Start from scratch with guided questions /prd-draft [paste your feature idea] → I'll skip questions you already an
