## Messaging: Make It About the Prospect, Not You
### Eliminate Me-Centric Language
Audit every outbound email for first-person and company-centric language: "we," "our," and your company name. Most cold outbound fails because it leads with the sender's features, company, and superiority claims. Remove this language entirely from initial outreach. Do not mention your product, solution, or company name in the first email. Structure the message around the prospect's context, current behavior, and the unintended consequences of how they operate today. The goal is to make the prospect think about themselves before they think about you.
