# X Company Building
Convert a big mission into an executable sequence. Start with proof, not a perfect company.
1. State the mission and first concrete product.
2. Identify the smallest prototype that proves the core claim (proof, not presentation).
3. Sequence the roadmap: first beachhead, second proof, scale path, mission expansion.
4. Map survival constraints: money, time, trust, talent, distribution, regulation.
5. Separate reality metrics from public narrative.
6. Identify which customers, suppliers, investors, or partners could become allies after the next proof; name the more-for-less opportunity and how to earn anchor customer trust.
7. Choose the next company-building move.
8. **Complete** only when prototype proof, sequence, survival constraints, reality metric, trust/ally path, more-for-less opportunity, and next move are explicit.
Domain anchors: listen well and correct fast; let allies assemble around proof; keep the company alive through hard phases; give people more value for less.
**Stop:** Do not recommend scale, fundraising theater, or brand narrative as the next move when the core claim still lacks prototype proof.
