Load `memory_refresh` and `shim_contracts.x-memory-refresh` from the pack config. 2. Load only the pack-local references named by the shim and config. 3. Follow `shared-memory-refresh` for the invariant workflow and output contract. 4. Apply the configured pack-specific behavior, fields, and boundary without weakening the shared guardrails. 5. Preserve the five-folder audit, Markdown-only inspection, dispositions, and exact cleanup authorization rules. ## Pack-specific behavior preserved - Check docs/reviews/, docs/lessons/, docs/knowledge/, docs/solutions/, and docs/handoffs/; missing folders are not errors. - Record path, type, methods, tags, confidence, created date, and resurfacing triggers or mark them missing. - Cite duplicate and stale-conflict paths with keep, merge, update, archive, or delete. - Flag raw transcripts, secrets, long book excerpts, and private data without copying them. - Show proposed edits first unless named-folder cleanup or exact scheduled preauthorization exists. - Do not read raw harness logs or session histories by default. ## Output Contract - Folders checked - Notes reviewed - Duplicate findings - Stale findings - Bound
