Use when the system is slow because people cannot talk, decide, learn, or fail cleanly.
1. Map the decision or workflow path.
2. Mark every handoff, approval, meeting, status artifact, and translation layer.
3. Ask which steps protect a real risk and which protect comfort or hierarchy.
4. Replace indirect communication with direct owner-to-owner loops; let people talk directly when it helps the company.
5. Simplify language until the work is clear to a competent outsider—simple, clear, humble.
6. Define where non-catastrophic failure is acceptable and where it is not; permit fast learning inside those bounds.
7. Delete meetings, approvals, and handoffs that do not improve the product or service.
8. **Complete** only when every material handoff and control is accounted for, protected controls remain justified, stale process is named, and direct owners and next actions are clear.
**Stop:** Do not delete a control that protects a real risk. Name it as keep with justification instead.

**BAD:** "Delete all approvals and meetings so people move faster."
**GOOD:** "Keep controls that protect real risk; delete status theater; put owners in direct loops with clear failure boundaries."
