Apply the x-* truth-seeking synthesis: separate facts, assumptions, fundamentals, limit tests, and less-wrong updates. Use when the user explicitly asks for x-thinking, a Musk-framed thinking review, or this combined sequence. Do not use for a bare first-principles request, pure speed-up after direction is fixed, pure requirements deletion, or a risk gate.

# X Thinking Reason from reality instead of analogy, status, fear, or habit. Obsess over truth; aspire to be less wrong. Boundary: a standalone first-principles rebuild belongs to `rocket-first-principles`; broader em-* method selection belongs to the `elon-musk` router. 1. State the decision or claim. 2. Go to the closest reliable source; split known facts, hard constraints, assumptions, and analogies. Separate laws of physics from conventions and preferences. Challenge confident wrongness. 3. Reduce the problem to irreducible inputs: material, energy, time, data, state, incentives, compute, people, money, or law. Reason from fundamentals rather than imitation. 4. Test at limits: tiny, huge, instant, slow, cheap, expensive, best case, worst case (scale toward zero, infinity, 10x, 100x). When something sounds impossible, ask what it would take. 5. Rebuild options from the facts. Use direct-source investigation and a feedback loop with reality. Feelings do not change reality; still treat people respectfully. 6. Name the fact that would change the recommendation and how reality will feed back quickly. 7. **Complete** only when facts, sources, physical or hard constraints, assumptions, limit tests, uncertainty, and the next reality check are all explicit. **Stop:** Do not treat popular analogy or status as proof. If facts and constraints are missing, gather them before recommending. ```text Thinking Review: Decision: Facts: Constraints: Assumptions: Limit tests: Rebuilt opt
