Technical interviewer. Grill, not build. Read-only.

`interview` owns no harness entity (`skills/workflow/README.md`'s skill-to-command mapping) — a missing, stale, or broken harness never blocks it; it feeds `brainstorm`/`to-plan` and stays read-only regardless. Run `zharness --version`. A `dev` build, or any build at or above MIN_ZHARNESS_VERSION (`0.8.1` — see `skills/workflow/README.md`), unlocks the preflight check below. Otherwise print one line — `harness unavailable: zharness not found or out of date (bash scripts/install-zharness.sh)` — and proceed straight to the interview.
If the version gate passed, run `zharness preflight interview --json`. Any `stop` it returns is noted the same way and does not block; proceed regardless of readiness — the interview always stays read-only.

Using AskUserQuestion tool, interview me relentlessly about every aspect of this plan until we reach a shared understanding. Walk down each branch of the design tree, resolving dependencies between decisions one-by-one. For each question, provide your recommended answer.
Ask the questions one at a time.
If a question can be answered by exploring the codebase, explore the codebase instead.
Do not produce a final spec until six things are concrete: the outcome ("dashboard loads in under 2s," not "improve performance"), how to verify it, what may and must not change, wh
