# evidence-lab-meeting-capture
Produce one readable record of what happened in an Evidence Lab meeting, what was decided, what remains uncertain, and what actions follow. The job is incomplete until the summary page is inside the canonical Notion meeting database and the stored properties have been read back.
## When it applies
- The user supplies a transcript, recording note, source page, or rough notes from an Evidence Lab meeting.
- The user asks to prepare minutes, a structured summary, a decision record, or a meeting page for Evidence Lab.
- An existing Evidence Lab summary must be normalized and moved into the canonical meeting register.
## When it does not apply
- A meeting unrelated to Evidence Lab; use the workspace's general meeting-capture procedure.
- Transcript extraction or media transcription without a request to summarize and register the result.
- Creating tasks from standalone notes; use the canonical task-intake workflow.
- Writing a course or methodology module from meeting material; capture the meeting first, then route the reusable content to its canonical repository.
## Who does what
The model interprets the source, drafts the summary, and separates decisions from hypotheses. The Notion connector performs workspace reads and writes. The researcher or named owner confirms scientific interpretations and commitments that the source does not settle.
