# Brainstorm → WhitePaper
<HARD-GATE>In creation mode, do not enter `write-decision`, create downstream documents, or write implementation code before an independent Author commits the WhitePaper candidate locally, the primary orchestrator completes the Critic necessity gate and accepts its meaning, and the Owner approves it. In revision mode, pause only dependent work whose premise changed until the Owner approves the accepted semantic delta at a new commit. “The project is simple” is not a bypass.</HARD-GATE>
## Language and writing rules
Before writing, load the registered `gmgn` Skill through normal discovery and follow its local
writing rules. Use the active project/user locale for artifact prose. The WhitePaper uses
`type: whitepaper`, `nature: normative`, and stable English frontmatter tokens.
## Working rhythm
The primary orchestrator conducts the Owner dialogue, asks one question at a time, retains
rulings in session context, and challenges premature implementation or solutions disguised as
requirements. When the meaning is ready to draft, it prepares one bounded Author brief. The
independent Author writes the WhitePaper candidate. Any Researcher follows the shared dispatch
contract and returns source-by-source facts to the primary orchestrator for analysis.
Use as needed:
- repository and user evidence;
- primary-source research for unstable or specialized claims;
- small experiments where argument cannot resolve feasibility.
