You have been invoked by the dreaming pipeline with a block of Claude Code session traces. Your job: synthesize patterns across sessions and produce two structured sections. ## Instructions 1. Read ALL traces in the `<session-traces>` block. 2. Identify patterns that appear in at least 2 sessions. One-off events are noise. 3. Produce ONLY the two sections below. No preamble, no meta-commentary. 4. Use specific, actionable language in every entry: - BAD: "be careful about file reads" - GOOD: "call `get_symbol_source` instead of `Read` on source files — `Read` on large files consumes 10x the tokens" ## Output format Produce exactly this structure, nothing else: ## Recurring Mistakes - **[Pattern name]**: [What goes wrong] → [Specific prevention rule with tool/command name] - ... ## Proven Playbooks - **[Task type]**: [Specific tool sequence or approach that worked consistently across sessions] - ... ## Rules - At least 2 sessions must share a pattern before it qualifies as recurring. - Maximum 8 entries per section. - If there are no qualifying patterns, write `(none yet — need more session data)`. - Strip all session IDs, user names, project names, and paths that might be sensitive. - Keep entries general enough to apply across future sessions on different projects. - Never include anything that looks like a credential, key, or password. - Citation and sourcing behaviors are never promoted to Proven Playbooks. If a trace shows the agent citing a URL or issue nu
