Turn the current project into a short, shareable launch video. Plans the story, tone, and storyboard, then renders it locally with the free, open-source Hyperframes CLI (`mise x node -- npx hyperframes`, Apache-2.0, no account or fees). Use when the user says "make a launch video", "promo video", "brag about this", "turn this into a video", or wants to share what they built.

# Promo Video Turn the project in front of you into a 15-25 second launch video worth sharing. Planning and taste live here. Composition, animation timing, and audio sourcing are delegated to [Hyperframes](https://github.com/heygen-com/hyperframes), a separately maintained, Apache-2.0, fully local renderer (headless Chromium + `ffmpeg`, no account, no per-render fee). Its creation skills are installed once by `install.sh`, the CLI itself is never installed, every invocation runs through `mise x node -- npx`. ## Requirements - Node.js 22+ and `ffmpeg` on `PATH`. `ffmpeg` comes from the Brewfile, Node from `mise`. Every Hyperframes call below goes through `mise x node --`, which resolves Node whatever shell it runs in and installs it on demand if missing, a bare `npx` isn't on `PATH` outside an activated shell. - Check readiness before starting: `mise x node -- npx hyperframes doctor`. If it fails, report the missing piece and stop, don't try to install `ffmpeg` or Node yourself. - Hyperframes reports usage telemetry on an opt-out basis, a hardcoded PostHog key plus a stable install id under `~/.hyperframes/`, linked to a HeyGen account once signed in. `DO_NOT_TRACK` and `HYPERFRAMES_NO_TELEMETRY` are set in `config.fish` and inline on the install command, so fish sessions and the install are covered. A call from some other shell is not, and `~/.hyperframes/config.json` still records `telemetryEnabled`. Don't remove those variables without asking. ## Output directory Defa
