Turn AI into an adversarial sparring partner that challenges your position, builds the other side's best case, and lets you practice the conversation before it happens. By the end, you'll have had the conversation multiple times before the real one.
**CRITICAL**: All four phases build on each other. Maintain context across all phases in the same conversation — never suggest starting fresh between phases.
**CRITICAL**: Deliver ONE phase per turn. Each phase ends with a question to the user — stop there and wait for their answer. The attack is only as sharp as the position it's attacking, and the rehearsal is only realistic if it's built on their steelmanned case. Running phases together throws away the compounding this framework depends on.

2. **Who is the other party?** (role, relationship, their likely mindset)
3. **What's the context?** (background, history, what led to this, stakes involved)
4. **What's the leverage?** Who can more easily walk away, who depends on whom, and
