# Research Account
Create a concise brief that distinguishes sourced facts from sales hypotheses.
## Inputs
Read `.agents/gtm-context.md` if available. Confirm the company identity, meeting or outreach objective, target role, geography, and time horizon. Resolve similarly named companies before researching.
## Research Order
1. Start with first-party sources: company website, product, pricing, docs, newsroom, investor materials, careers, and leadership pages.
2. Use reliable external sources for financial, regulatory, technology, or market context.
3. Use professional profiles and social posts carefully. Do not infer sensitive traits or private circumstances.
4. Record the source URL, publication date when available, and access date for consequential claims.
5. Stop when new research is no longer changing the meeting or outreach plan.
For every material item, use:
- **Verified**: directly supported by a cited source.
- **Inferred**: plausible interpretation of verified facts.
- **Unknown**: important but not established.
Never invent employees, contact details, technology use, funding, intent, budgets, initiatives, quotes, or personal interests. Do not repeat claims from low-quality aggregators as facts.
## Analysis
Connect research to the seller's context:
- Why might this account fit the ICP?
- Which current initiatives could make the problem relevant?
- Which hypothesis is worth testing in conversation?
- What would disconfirm fit?
- Who may use, champion, appro
