# Entity Compliance Review ## Purpose Produce a structured, attorney-ready review of an organization's corporate-entity compliance posture. The review organizes what the user supplies about each entity's periodic filing obligations — annual reports, franchise filings, foreign-qualification registrations, registered-agent status, and good-standing currency — and flags items that are overdue, due soon, of unknown status, or otherwise requiring verification.
