UserClaude Code skills that audit and condense your skills: find contradictions, unreachable rules, and stale pointers, and shrink bloated SKILL.md and CLAUDE.md files without losing a rule.

skill-audit
Consistency audit of one skill's instruction files: builds the load graph, then finds contradictions between SKILL.md and its supporting files, directives no load path reaches, and stale pointers (renamed paths, skills, flags, headings). A fresh-context reader writes the report; a second pass re-verifies each finding and fixes what is clear. Use for "/skill-audit <skill>", "audit this skill", or when a skill that has been edited many times starts behaving inconsistently. Not for writing a new skill or making one known fix.
skill-condense
Shrink a bloated skill, rules file, or CLAUDE.md without losing any instruction. Run bare to rank which instruction files cost the most context for the least value; pass a skill name or path to condense one. Each rewrite is checked by a fresh-context reader that confirms every rule survived and will still be followed. Use for "/skill-condense", "this skill is too long", or "trim my CLAUDE.md". Not for finding contradictions or broken pointers (use /skill-audit first).
