agents

Coordinate with other AI agents on this machine via the Dibs board. Use when you need to see what other agents are doing, avoid stepping on their work (directory claims), or send/receive messages (questions, requests to approve/deny, FYIs, handoffs). Also use whenever a Dibs new-message notification appears.
