repo-to-book

Turn a real codebase into an interactive, paginated book: a single self-contained HTML file that teaches the project's concepts from first principles, shows how to actually contribute, and ends with a self-scoring practice examination and answer key. Researched from the repository itself, with hand-drawn SVG figures, real code samples, and a chapter on what that project's pull request history says really gets merged. Use this whenever someone wants to learn or onboard onto an unfamiliar repository, understand a project deeply enough to contribute, prepare to open a first pull request on an open-source project, or asks for a book, guide, handbook, primer, explainer, study material, course, onboarding doc, or "explain this whole project to me" about any codebase Use it even if they never say the word "book". Also use it when someone wants existing repo docs turned into something readable and teachable.
