Checks and improves health information written for patients and the public, against the free, publicly published UK standards for health content (the NHS digital service manual Standard for creating health content, mapped to the 10 PIF TICK criteria). Grades a page, separates what can be checked from what only a human can attest, then gives prioritised, worked improvements. Also runs before writing, as the checklist to write against.
