brief
Turn a marketing request into a brief that names the bet it serves, or refuse it. Use before any asset is written. Every content, outbound and visibility run reads a brief produced here.
content
Write an asset from a brief, in the house voice, with an anti-slop and claim-provenance pass before it reaches the draft folder. Use for articles, landing copy, social posts, newsletters and scripts. Requires a brief from /operator-cmo:brief.
outbound
Build target lists and sequence drafts that apply the ICP and disqualifier rules from positioning.md literally. Use for outbound campaigns, ABM lists and first-touch sequences. Requires a brief from /operator-cmo:brief.
positioning
Write or revise marketing/decisions/positioning.md, the file every other skill reads before it produces anything. Use when starting Operator CMO in a new company, when the ICP or offer changes, or when a skill stops because the positioning file is missing or stale.
quarter
Write or revise marketing/decisions/quarter.md, the 90 day plan with two or three bets, one metric each, and a kill condition. Use at the start of a quarter, when a bet is killed mid quarter, or when a brief has no bet to attach to.
review
Close the loop. Read results against the quarter's bets and kill conditions, then propose diffs to the decision files. This is the only skill allowed to edit positioning.md or quarter.md. Run weekly, and always at a kill check date.
ship-gate
Define and enforce what may go out unreviewed, what is reviewed by sample, and what a human reads every time. Use to create marketing/policy/ship-policy.md, to classify a draft, or when the review queue is growing faster than it is cleared.
visibility
Make a page findable by search engines and quotable by answer engines. Covers keyword and question mapping, entity clarity, schema, internal linking and extractable claim blocks for AI Overviews and chat assistants. Use for new pages, refreshes and site-wide audits.
start
Guided first-run setup. Walks a new operator through the whole system in order, one question cluster at a time, and leaves a working marketing workspace behind. Use on first install, when joining a company that already has the files, or when someone does not know which command to run.
