log
Records the user's message into a dated life-log and offers a suggestion. Use on EVERY user turn while working inside a life-log project — a folder containing a .life-log marker and category notes like health.md, mood.md, work.md. Classify the message into the matching category file, timestamp it [YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM], append a one-line summary, then reply like a friend — including a concrete suggestion when it would help. Also triggers when the user says "log this", vents a complaint, or talks about their day, mood, health, work, money, relationships, or ideas.
review
Reviews the user's life-log over a period (default the current month) from several perspectives at once — health, mood, work, money, people, learning — and produces a reflective summary with concrete, prioritized suggestions. Use when the user asks to review, reflect on, or summarize their week/month, or asks "how have I been doing?".
setup
Scaffolds the current folder into a life-log project. Use when the user wants to start a life log, set up life-log, or initialize a new/empty folder for logging. Runs an idempotent script that creates the category notes (work, health, mood, people, learning, money, ideas, life), a CLAUDE.md carrying the always-on recording rules, a README, and a .life-log marker that scopes the safety-net hook to this folder. Never overwrites existing files.
