Inspired by Karpathy's LLM-wiki gist; works across Claude / Codex / Cursor since the wiki itself is the contract. Bundles slash commands /wiki-check, /wiki-update, /wiki-init, /wiki-log, /wiki-decide, /wiki-find plus templates and helper shell scripts.
