Dual-indexes PDFs, markdown, and source code into Qdrant + MeiliSearch with AST-aware chunking, frontmatter, and git metadata. Use full-text for exact symbols/phrases and semantic for conceptual queries — both are first-class. Requires Bash(arc:*) permission.
