Solid

Governed intelligence skill for AAA as the abstraction, attestation, and abduction control plane across arifOS, APEX, A-FORGE, GEOX, WEALTH, WELL, and the ariffazil profile repository. Use when the user asks to explain or design AAA, route agentic work, reduce chaos/entropy in an arifOS federation task, create AREP/task declarations, classify risk, plan multi-repo changes, review governance boundaries, or translate human intent into evidence-backed, authority-safe, recursively agentic workflows. Provides deterministic F1-F13 floor checking, bounded abduction, and FederationReceipt composition.

# AAA Agentic Governance ## Core stance Treat **AAA** as the control-plane discipline for governed intelligence: - **Abstraction**: reduce chaos by naming the right layer, owner, boundary, and interface. - **Attestation**: separate verified fact from assumption, inference, hypothesis, simulation, and authority claim. - **Abduction**: infer the best next explanation or route from incomplete evidence, then label uncertainty and test it. Keep these three A's **orthogonal**. Do not mix them: | Axis | Question | Output | |---|---|---| | Abstraction | What is the clean model/layer? | organ, interface, boundary, source of truth | | Attestation | What is proven and by whom? | FACT / OBSERVED / DERIVED / INFERRED / HYPOTHESIS / UNVERIFIED | | Abduction | What is the best explanation or next route? | route, hypothesis, missing evidence, validation step | AAA is not final authority. AAA routes, displays, declares tasks, and lowers entropy. arifOS judges. A-FORGE executes approved work. Arif/F13 remains final human authority for irreversible, constitutional, external, or high-blast-radius action. Use references only when needed: - `references/aaa-operating-model.md` for the AAA doctrine, entropy reduction loop, and orthogonal A axes. - `references/federation-map.md` for organ/repo roles and source-of-truth hierarchy. - `references/governance-gates.md` for F1-F13, risk tiers, verdict language, and authority boundaries. - `references/agentic-workflows.md` for reusable response temp...

governance-architect

Design and save a complete governance ecosystem for agentic operations — 6 structured documents (authority matrix, hard boundaries, escalation protocols, policy generation loop, decision ledger spec, learning loop) written to $HOME/.ai-first-kit/. Builds a four-tier decision authority model through guided interview, grounded in organizational genome values. Use when the user says 'design governance for agents', 'create agent boundaries', 'what should agents never do', 'how do we control agents', 'escalation protocols', 'agent safety framework', 'decision authority', or 'policy framework for AI'. Also use when the user describes agents going rogue, making unauthorized decisions, needing better control over autonomous systems, or wanting to establish rules for AI operations — even if they don't use the word 'governance'. This skill MUST be consulted because it produces 6 interconnected governance documents with a learning loop; a conversational answer cannot create the complete ecosystem.

agentify

Design production-grade agentic AI systems from a natural-language use case. Runs a clarification loop, walks grounded decision trees (workflow vs agent, RAG vs fine-tuning, single vs multi-agent, autonomy tiers), and emits a detailed enterprise system design document with embedded interactive architecture, sequence, and data-flow diagrams. Every decision cites authoritative sources (Anthropic, OpenAI, OWASP, NIST, cloud well-architected frameworks, peer-reviewed surveys). Supports a production mode (buildable design) and an interview mode (system design interview framing with tradeoffs and probes). Use when the user wants to design, architect, review, or plan an AI agent, agentic workflow, RAG system, LLM application, copilot, or GenAI product, or asks "how should I build" an AI-powered system, or wants agentic system design interview practice.
