Identify the source stack: Zscaler ZIA, Zscaler ZPA, Palo Alto NGFW/Prisma/GlobalProtect, legacy VPN/SWG/SD-WAN, or other. 2. Request exports and logs before mapping. Prefer structured exports over screenshots or prose summaries. 3.
