flow-next-memory-migrate
SolidMigrate pre-fn-30 legacy flat memory files (`.flow/memory/pitfalls.md`, `conventions.md`, `decisions.md`) into the categorized YAML schema. Triggers on /flow-next:memory-migrate, "migrate memory", "convert legacy memory", "lift pitfalls into categorized schema", "convert old memory format". Optional `mode:autofix` token in arguments runs without questions and accepts mechanical defaults for ambiguous classifications. Optional scope hint after the mode token narrows the migration to a specific legacy file (e.g. `pitfalls.md`).

flow-next-audit
Audit `.flow/memory/` entries against the current codebase and decide Keep / Update / Consolidate / Replace / Delete per entry. Triggers on /flow-next:audit, "audit memory", "review memory", "refresh learnings", "sweep stale memory", "consolidate overlapping memory entries". Optional `mode:autofix` token in arguments runs without questions and marks ambiguous as stale. Optional scope hint after the mode token (concept, category, module, or path) narrows what gets audited.
flow-preflight
Foundation sub-skill for the flow-architecture plugin (implements CDR-023). Runs at the start of every FDA orchestrator (`/flow:start-project`, `/flow:retrofit-project`, `/flow:add-domain`, `/flow:add-sub-flow`, `/flow:audit`) to verify the environment, discover existing FDA artifacts on the filesystem, classify the run mode, confirm Linear scope (writing `.flow/config.json` on first run via the embedded Q36 7-step bootstrap), and emit the Q12.5 structured preamble that downstream sub-skills consume. Read-only EXCEPT the atomic-rename `.flow/config.json` write on first successful confirmation or stale-config replacement.
memory-cleanup
Use this skill when performing manual memory consolidation (Dream-equivalent). Reviews, consolidates, and prunes memory files under ~/.claude/projects/*/memory/. Run after major refactors, every 5+ sessions, or when memory quality degrades (broken links, stale references, contradictions, MEMORY.md > 200 lines). Invoke with /memory-cleanup.
flow-inventory-codebase-scan
Retrofit-mode inventory generator for the flow-architecture plugin (implements CDR-023). Mines code signals (routes, server actions, dialogs, menu items, API endpoints) from an existing Next.js App Router codebase and synthesizes the proposed inventory. Six phases — Phase 0 (PROJECT-INTENT priority filter) -> Phase 1 (app-classifier interview, shared with Q19 greenfield) -> Phase 2 (pattern-driven candidates, shared) -> Phase 3 (deterministic code scan, retrofit-only) -> Phase 4 (synthesis with 4-tag implementation-status taxonomy + value-priority) -> Phase 5 (user confirmation, shared). Framework locked to Next.js App Router for v1. Triggered by `/flow:retrofit-project` when `flow-preflight` mode classifier returns `retrofit`.
flow-next-capture
Synthesize the current conversation context into a flow-next spec at `.flow/specs/<spec-id>.md` via `flowctl spec create + spec set-plan` — agent-native, source-tagged, with mandatory read-back before write. Triggers on /flow-next:capture, "capture spec", "lock down what we discussed", "make a spec from this conversation", "convert conversation to spec". Optional `mode:autofix` token runs without questions and requires `--yes` to commit. Optional `--rewrite <spec-id>` overwrites an existing spec; `--from-compacted-ok` overrides the compaction-detection refusal; `--override-strategy` proceeds despite a contradiction with an active STRATEGY.md track (and prompts to record the override as a decision).
