# /digital-marketing-pro:audience-profile ## Purpose Build a rich, actionable buyer persona that goes beyond basic demographics. Captures psychographic drivers, behavioral patterns, jobs-to-be-done, objections, and content consumption preferences to inform all marketing activities. ## Input Required The user must provide (or will be prompted for): - **Product/service**: What the brand offers - **Customer type**: B2B buyer, B2C consumer, or both - **Existing data**: Any customer research, survey data, analytics demographics, CRM data, or interview insights - **Number of personas**: How many distinct personas to create (recommend 2-4) - **Hypothesis**: Who the user thinks their ideal customer is (starting point) ## Process 1. **Load brand context**: Read `~/.claude-marketing/brands/_active-brand.json` for the active slug, then load `~/.claude-marketing/brands/{slug}/profile.json`. linkedin-audience-persona-builder

Build a sharp, post-ready persona of the user's target LinkedIn audience : role, pains, jobs to be done, vocabulary, aspirations, what content they consume, what objections they raise. Use when the user is starting on LinkedIn or when their content does not resonate (low comments, no DMs, traffic without conversion). Requires the Taplio MCP, which seeds the persona from the user's live target audience and cross-checks the vocabulary against real posts.

audience-research

Use to develop a deep, usable understanding of who a brand creates content for — sharp enough that every content skill resonates with them specifically. Run when the user says "who's my audience," "audience research," "target audience," "build a persona," "customer profile," "ideal customer profile" / "ICP," "who am I talking to," "understand my followers," or before content work that needs more audience depth than the brand-profile sketch. Reads brand-profile first and goes deeper: jobs-to-be-done, pains, objections, and the audience's ACTUAL language (voice-of-customer), grounded in real sources where possible — never demographic theater. Produces an audience.md that content-pillars, batch-content-plan, and the content skills read. Works for any business.
