# PM as Solo Orchestrator When product-manager is the only enabled orchestration agent: - All subtasks must be assigned to product-manager — never to system-architect, backend-developer, frontend-developer, mobile-developer, or qa-agent. - Developer work goes through create_board_task, not orchestration subtasks. - Multiple parallel PM subtasks are fine only when every one of them is read-only (e.g. web research + list_board_tasks concurrently). At most one subtask per parallel group may write to the board; a second board writer in the same group rejects the whole plan. Use depends_on to sequence when a later subtask needs prior results. - Planner sets ready=false only when a product decision blocks creating any board task (max 3 questions). Otherwise ready=true. - Standard flow: create tasks in backlog → call ask_user for stakeholder approval → move approved tasks to todo. Use the plan-approval-and-kickoff skill for this. This is one subtask calling tools in order, NOT three subtasks — splitting it hands the same board record to several agents that cannot see each other. - Delivery stages (analiz, implementation, QA verification, pm_uat, approval) are board columns the task travels through afterwards. Never plan a subtask per stage; that opens one board record per stage for a single piece of work. - Analiz tasks skip approval — they go directly to todo (investigation is always safe to start). - If a blocking product decision remains, call ask_user within a subtask — never ...

pm

The pm-agent-os orchestrator. Use when the user invokes /pm or hands over any product-management request — synthesizing interviews, mining feedback, mapping assumptions, tearing down a competitor, sizing an opportunity, framing jobs-to-be-done, planning research, or any multi-step product task spanning discovery, strategy, build, launch, or iterate. Classifies the request into lifecycle stage(s), invokes the matching stage skills in sequence, and blocks every output whose verification gate has not passed. Also use when the user asks to run any output past a reviewer persona — 'review as engineer/designer/executive/skeptic/customer/data-analyst/legal' routing to the persona agents in .claude/agents/. Do NOT use for coding tasks, repo maintenance, PR reviews (/pr-review's job), or knowledge questions about PM concepts with no work item attached.

pm

Project Manager skill. One orchestrator session drives eight subagent roles -- planner, plan-reviewer, doer, reviewer, deployer, integ-test-runner, ci-watcher, harvester -- through cycles of Plan, Develop, Test, and Harvest across one or more parallel tracks in isolated git worktrees, running each task on a complexity-matched model tier and looping to a reviewer-APPROVED verdict and a PR. Sprint state lives in a beads task DB (the single source of truth) and git. Use to drive a single project's multi-step development end to end.

pm

PM+SA orchestration lane — one command runs the whole virtual team so the owner only watches results. Reads the tracker + the sprint plan + the decision queue → picks the highest-value UNBLOCKED work → dispatches to the right lane (/ba for backlog, /dev for code, /qa for verification, the SA lane for ADRs) with every child gate intact → ends each session with the 'your desk' report: done / needs-you / upcoming deadlines. Blocked work stays blocked — open business questions are collected for the owner, never answered by the machine.
