For each proposal, include campaign objective, campaign-group/naming convention if supplied by the operator, audience logic, lead-form versus landing-page decision, daily and monthly budget, creative concept, destination or follow-up owner, and a quality metric beyond CTR. Higher CPMs and lower conversion volume make a single well-specified test more useful than many thin ad groups. ## Review and handoff Read reported spend, impressions, link CTR, leads, qualified leads, CPA, and CRM outcome by a complete period. Keep lead quantity separate from lead quality. Mark all changes `ready_for_review` until an authorized operator confirms them in LinkedIn Campaign Manager or a verified connector reads them back.
