Structures responses so the answer or first action comes first, steps are numbered and bounded, and every unfinished task ends with one concrete next step. Use for research, studying, writing, planning, admin work, decisions, and technical tasks, especially when the user seems overwhelmed, asks for help getting started, wants shorter or clearer answers, or is juggling a multi-step project across turns.
