animation

Interactive motion brief. Six-section survey (page-load, scroll, text, blocks, micro-interactions, intensity) driven by the user's references from references/animation/ and references/motion/. Outputs brief/animation.md and appends motion tokens to DESIGN-LOCK §5. /build enforces the resulting animations as required elements.

audit

Pre-ship checklist. Anti-AI-slop, hardcode, perf, a11y, SEO, security, contract, mobile, typography, and references-compliance checks. Report pass/fail. Blocks /deploy on any blocking failure.

blocks

Fills brief/blocks/*.md for interactive elements checked in 07-interactive.md. Walks each block through the standard 11-section checklist in a dialog.

brief

Interactive survey across the 9 brief files. Starts with desktop-first vs mobile-first (the most important question), then niche, then the rest. Fills brief/*.md instead of the user.

build

Assembles landing page sections. GUARD against AI-slop and hardcodes. Refuses to work without DESIGN-LOCK. Uses only tokens from tokens.css. Bounded by the section list in DESIGN-LOCK §8. Runs /typography pass on every saved section. Verifies references/approved-manifest.md coverage per section.

copy-analyze

Deep analysis of the client's copy from a sales perspective in their niche. Finds strengths, weaknesses, and "magic words". Delivers a structural recommendation for the landing. Requires brief/01-business.md (niche) filled.

deploy

Deploys to Vercel. Verifies /audit passed. Helps configure domain, DNS, and secret storage. Offers Google Cloud Secret Manager as the recommended store for sensitive API keys. Post-deploy smoke test.

design-lock

Freezes the design constitution. Walks through the 9 sections of DESIGN-LOCK.md, previews each choice, locks it. After LOCK, /build works only with these values. Also appends approved elements from §7 imagery and §8 section vocabulary to references/approved-manifest.md.

icons

Hybrid icon system. First tries to source every needed icon from ONE library (Lucide / Phosphor / Heroicons) unified to the DESIGN-LOCK style spec. Falls back to AI-generated SVG only when the library lacks a themed concept, with strict geometry validation to prevent broken paths and hallucinated artifacts.

inbox

Sorts client materials from inbox/. Verifies compliance with content-pipeline requirements (naming, formats, sizes). Produces a "ready / needs rework" report.

media

Media pipeline. Takes files from inbox/media/, converts photos to WebP/AVIF with size variants (srcset), videos to WebM+MP4 with posters. Lands them in site/media/.

mobile

Mobile adaptation with hardened rules from real production iterations. Uniform scale factor, preserve composition, no JS→scroll-snap swap, iOS ?v=N cache-bust, text nowrap in collapsed cards. Ends with a headless-browser safety check (text overflow, safe paddings, no horizontal scroll, tap-target sizes) across 320/375/390/414/480/768. Runs only when priority=desktop-first.

refs

Parses references from references/ across all 9 design aspects. Finds conflicts (e.g. quiet-luxury mood vs bombastic motion). Produces a coherent proposal for DESIGN-LOCK.md AND an approved-manifest.md that /build and /audit enforce as required elements.

tokens

Generates site/css/tokens.css from DESIGN-LOCK.md and brief/animation.md. Refuses to work until DESIGN-LOCK is frozen. Sole writer of tokens.css in the project.

typography

Print-quality typography enforcement for English text. Prevents widows, orphans, and hanging short words (articles, prepositions, conjunctions, dashes) at line ends. Rewrites HTML text nodes to insert   ties. Also serves as the canonical short-word list used by /build and /audit.
