Forked refutation of a design document before code exists — read-only, default-refute, self-gated on the bookend trigger. A wrong decision found after it is built is the costliest correction, so this pass pays for a forked context exactly where the blast radius warrants one.
skill
Spec-driven orchestrator. Runs a change through specify / plan / implement / wrapup, pausing at five gate events and recording each decision. Phase is derived from which artifacts exist, never stored — so a fresh session re-derives where the work stands from disk alone.
critique
One forked, read-only lens walk over a change set — findings are the only output, and no file is modified. The fresh context is the point: the reviewer saw nothing of how the change came to be. Fix intent routes to the review skill instead.
