One employee distilled the grievance: "[Productivity] is all they care about. They don't care about their employees. They care more about the robots than they care about the employees." This was not a failure of technology. The algorithms performed precisely as designed. It was a failure of inclusion -- a leadership decision to optimise for efficiency while treating human workers as interchangeable with the machines monitoring them.
